Terms of Use

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the ArmPeak iPhone app (“ArmPeak”, “the app”). By using the app you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

1. Who can use ArmPeak

You must be at least 18 years old to use ArmPeak.

2. Not medical advice

ArmPeak provides fitness information and AI estimates based on photos. Scores and plans are estimates, may be inaccurate, and are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an injury or health condition. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You exercise at your own risk.

3. ArmPeak Pro subscription

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and data. You give us permission to process them only to provide the app’s features, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission and is 18 or older.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app: for example, don’t try to access our servers other than through the app, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to analyse images of minors or of people without their consent.

6. Fair use of scans

To keep results meaningful and the service reliable, re-scans are limited (for example, once every 7 days for subscribers), and we may apply reasonable daily limits.

7. Changes to the app

We may update, change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; if we make important changes we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from exercises you choose to perform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
